Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Oasis Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”), the operator of Gamers Oasis and the website gamers-oasis.com (the “Site”), handles personal information. Questions: [email protected].
This policy covers the website only
Each of our games has its own in-app privacy policy that describes the data that game and its partners process. For example, Wingfold uses Google AdMob, Google Play Games Services and Firebase. Please read the policy inside each game (or its store listing). This page covers only gamers-oasis.com.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the Site (for example, pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). Google Analytics runs in Google Consent Mode with all analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose Accept in our cookie banner. If you choose Decline, analytics cookies are not set. We do not use advertising cookies on the Site. The newsletter signup form on the home page is provided by MailerLite (see Newsletter below) and may store technical data in your browser that is strictly needed for the form to work; it is not used for analytics.
Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time with the link in the footer of every page, or by clearing your browser’s site data. Google’s use of data is described at policies.google.com/privacy.
Contact form
When you use our contact form, the name, email address and message you enter are sent to us through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that forwards submissions to our email. We use this information only to reply to you.
To block spam, the contact page uses hCaptcha (provided by Intuition Machines, Inc.) through Web3Forms. hCaptcha collects information such as your IP address, browser and device data, and how you interact with the check, to tell people from bots. Its use is subject to the hCaptcha Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The hCaptcha script loads only on the contact page.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is processed by MailerLite, our email provider. We use double opt-in: you will receive a confirmation email and are subscribed only after you confirm. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
To display the signup form, our home page loads a script from MailerLite (assets.mailerlite.com). As with any embedded content, MailerLite receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type when the form loads. We do not use MailerLite for website analytics. Your email address and the marketing permissions you choose on the form are sent to MailerLite only when you submit it, and we use them only as you have permitted.
Hosting, security and logs
The Site is hosted by Hostinger and is delivered and protected by Cloudflare. These providers automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser user agent, requested pages and timestamps in server and security logs, to deliver the Site, prevent abuse and keep it secure.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the service providers named above to operate the Site, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your request and related follow-up. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention setting (no longer than 14 months). Hosting and security logs are kept for limited periods set by our providers.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights (GDPR and CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (for analytics, use Cookie settings). If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal bases are your consent (analytics, newsletter) and our legitimate interests (replying to messages, security), and you may complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights; we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your request.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, note it on the Site.
